 マーシャル大学について

  • マーシャル大学は、1837年に設立されたアメリカ合衆国のウェストバージニア州のハンティントンの男女共学の公立研究大学であり、米国の第四裁判長の名前であるJohn Marshallにちなんで名前がつけられました。大学は現在、College of Liberal Arts（COLA）、美術大学（COFA）、College of Education and Human Services（COEHS）、情報技術と工学大学（CIT）、Elizabeth McDowell Lewis College of Business（LCOB）、科学大学（COS ）、College of Health Professions（COHP）とW. Page Pitt School of Journalism and Mass Communications（SOJMC）と4つの大学院大学、一般的な大学院大学、教育および専門開発大学院、薬学大学や医学、Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine、農村部の医療の全国的な名声を持っているがん研究のための地域センター八つ学部大学と学校で構成されています。

    学生はDuoLingoの配置テストスコアにより、合わせたレベルに配置されます。1つのレベル（3つの統合過程でそれぞれCグレード）を完璧に履修した学生は次の学期からは1つ上のレベルにアップします。Academic Preparatory 1を終わらせた学生は、ほぼのマーシャル大学の学部プログラム入学に必要な英語スキル要件を充足したと判断されます。また、Academic Preparatory 2を終わらせた学生は、ほぼのマーシャル大学の大学院プログラム入学に必要な英語スキル要件を充足したと判断されます。

    全新入生はELIオリエンテーションに参加する必要があります。オリエンテーションはプログラム開始日の前の週に行われます。

Q:請問條件式入學有什麼條件呢? A: 感謝您的提問，條件式入學為您說明入如下: MU提供有限入學人數給不符合大一入學要求的特定學生。這些學生進入大學後，必須在三個學期完成所有先決條件。先決條件包括英語最低要求 18 ACT的得分（450 對 SAT 的批判性閱讀部分）和數學最低要求 19 ACT的得分（在SAT的數學部分 460）。完成上述的先決條件，並在12學分的課程中至少得到2.00，只要符合資格的話，學生可能轉學到到任何主要/學院。一些專業和院校在特定的課程中，需要申請表以及錄取的課程要求。

學校的活動很多,設施也會不定期更新,每個周末都有安排活動帶學生出遊,

老師教學方式活潑,也很有耐心,每堂課的內容雖然不同,但都注重再加強同學的聽說讀寫部分，
每學期舉辦兩次英語能力測驗的考試,便利於要進修的學生,也而外開選修課提供給學生參加.
學生都來自世界各地,不過大都來中東像是沙烏地阿拉伯,印度;以及韓國.日本.和中國各地的亞洲地區,除了可以認識各個地方不同的文化之外,也可以訓練聽除了美式以外的口音~~
這是一個以著名的旅遊城市這是著名的美食，音樂和歷史街區。
